Annie Mist Thorisdottir, from Reykjavik Iceland is a CrossFit athlete. She also is the founder of Crossfit Reykjavik and runs it in addition. Annie is the only woman to has been crowned winner of CrossFit Games in two consecutive year. Annie was second at the both the 2010 and 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir was an Icelanders weightlifter CrossFit champion and media celebrity. Her fame stems from her being the first woman to win the CrossFit Games twice in 2011 as well as 2012. The other accomplishments she has achieved include winning Dubai Fitness Competitions in 2017 and 2013. Annie was born and raised to Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents and siblings. She enjoyed playing sports and began working out at an early age. In 2009 she took part in CrossFit competitions in California. Her initial performances were impressive. Annie Thorisdottir's age is 31 years old (as of 2021). She is 5'7 tall and she weighs about 67 kgs. Annie started CrossFit training in California in the year 2009. She performed well in initial competitions and was at the top of the list out of 70. Even though she wasn't able to win any of the titles, she finished with eleventh place. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. She finished 2nd in CrossFit Games in 2010 under Jami's supervision. After a year in CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant accomplishment earned her the title. Annie's exceptional performance in 2012 helped to her a third CrossFit Games victory. This was the second time she had won consecutively. She also received a medal of silver in 2014 and the bronze medal at CrossFit Games in 2021. At present, Annie is a coach and trainer in Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. Annie's rising fame as an athlete has made her the face of many sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Nuunhydration and Periodization Sidekicks Yerb. A few thousand people subscribe to her self-titled Youtube Channel where training videos along with travel vlogs, family and training videos are shared.
