Tina and Amanda
Tina Louise is a popular American writer, singer, and actress best known for her character Ginger Grant in the 1960s the television show Gilligan's Island. In the 1950s, she launched her career as an actress on stage as part of Bettle Davis' show Two's Company. Then she appeared in a number of Broadway productions, before becoming the most famous on stage alongside Li'l Abner in. In 1957, she made her debut album entitled It's Time for Tina. Louise started beginning her Hollywood career in 1958 in which she played Griselda Walden in God's Little Acre a dramatic film. It was a huge success, and Louise won the Golden Globe Award for the New Star of the Years category. Louise enrolled in Actors Studio, New York in the same time and was Lee Strasberg's teacher. The year 1964 saw her win her first notable role after CBS appointed her as Ginger Grant. Louise kept juggling her career effectively across Broadway TV and Hollywood portraying somber characters as in contrast to the image she was portrayed as a glamour doll. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. In SG-1, she played Helen Magnus and Sanctuary. Recently, however she's made her impression as a director for several popular TV series like Supernatural or The 100. Her family moved from Essex to Toronto in the year she was born, and there she resided for growing up and in adolescence. She settled in Vancouver after she was selected to play Samantha Carter.
